Ao acionar o botão para efetuar copias ( tirar xerox) na minha impressora hp laser pro mfp127fn aparece no visor da impressora a menssagem: CARREGANDO DOCUMENTO e em qualquer tecla que eu aperto aparece o numero 5 e a copia nao sai. Como resolver esse problema?

Unable to use document feeder with HP Easy Scan using OSX 10.13
I am unable to scan documents from the document feeder using HP Easy Scan. The only place Easy Scan will work is one document directly on the flatbed. I have updated to the latest drivers and firmware as of this date. There is no options available on Easy Scan to select where to scan from. Does anyone else have this problem or has anyone found a solution?

Problem Scanning with CN578A Officejet Pro 8600
When I try to scan a tiff file at 600 dpi with everyday scan, i just get a bunch of blue vertical lines. This persists after using the HP scan doctor which found no problems. Any suggestions?

LaserJet Pro MFP M426fdw - Documents scan crooked whether using sheet feeder or glass table.
We purchased the LaserJet Pro MFP M426fdw for business office use. From the first day, documents scan crooked whether using the sheet feeder or glass table. Hp support said that it could be caused by downloaded videos from the internet. This is a business computer purchased the month before the printer and has never been used for anything but business. Any insight into this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I can scan to my own computer, but how can I add another PC on network as a destination?
After a lot of false starts, my AIO now scans reliably to my computer. However, my wife has a computer (Windows 7) on my network, and I can't find a way to add that computer as a potential destination. Advice?

envy120 display is only working when opened, no screen when closed
Sinds a day or 2 the Envy 120 shows no lit screen when the front panel door is closed. Only when opened (automatically or manually) it shows the screen (from a 45° angle and higher). From the moment the panel reaches less than 45°, the screen dies again.
What to do?

Scanner not working properly
My Printer seems to have a problem.
When I Scan-print a document/file, it just prints these lines and nothing else.
It's not just a waste of time, but also ink.
I thought it only happens when I scan-print a file directly, but when I tried scanning the file to save it to my computer, the same thing happens.
Is there any possible fix for this? Like software solution or any driver error-fix that won't need me the necessity to send it to a repair shop.

Options disabled
there are Ø symbols over every option but scanning. When choosing any option we get a message that says "This feature has been disabled, Try using another account or contact your system administrator or the person that setup your printer". THis is for all options and even settings. Now here is the interesting part. I am the admin and teh same person that setup this printer.

M575 Enable PC Fax Send
I am looking for instructions on how to use the "Enable PC Fax Send" feature that is found as an option in the web page setting for the internal Modem.
What I want to be able to do is send a Fax from my PC to the printer? Is that possiable. I did find a section that talks about Digital Sending Software 5.0 for a very exspensive amount. I only have 4 people that need to fax from there computer is the only option that can be used to fax from this printer?

[Solved] HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 stopped scanning - Always stuck on page 1
Leaving this here, just in case anyone else runs into the same problem.
TL;DR When experiencing this issue, turn the OfficeJet Off, unplug the power plug for 5 minutes (10 seconds wasn't enough). Then plug it back in and power on. It magicaly started working again.

My relatively new - couple of months old - HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 has always worked well. However in the last few days I can no longer successfully scan.
Whenever I start scanning, e.g. via Acrobat DC or HPs own software (e.g. scan to PC), it actually starts to scan (so we can communicate with the scanner), but when it is returning data to the PC it gets stuck on the 'transferring data' popup. After a while it shows 'scanning canceled'.
I am very technical so have tried a lot of things
- Uninstalled all HP drivers and all software related to HP, rebooted, and installed latest drivers via HP Print and Scan Doctor.
- Tried scanning via the Twain and WIA based drivers (Both fail)
- Ran HP Print and Scan Doctor. This one shows an exclamation mark on the 'Driver check'. When I then skip it, it is stuck for an extremely long time on the 'WIA scan'. Eventually it pops up the standard scanner dialog. It then starts scanning with extremely long waits inbetween. It then pops up the scanner dialog again. More waiting it then shows a small wrench next to WIA Scan and continues. The final check is a Test scan, which starts scanning, but it is stuck again on the 'scanning' screen. After a while it shows the 'Unable to Communicate with the scanner' window.
- Restarted the router.
- Disabled Wifi and switched the printer to a LAN connection
- Disabled windows Firewall
Only after I power the printer down and unplugged it for a very long period (5 minutes) started it working again. I previously tried unplugging it for a shorter amount of time 10-20 secs, and that didn't do it.
I hope this helps other people as well.

Repeatedly lose connection to officejet 5740 when scanning
officejet 5740 about every third time I try to scan, I cannot. Two different errors: Lost connection to printer and (forget the other). I need to run scan doctor each time that happens. In between, scans OK. This is getting old. Any suggestions?"
